A common difficulty IB students encounter when revising with IB Past Papers is how to actually answer the exam questions. So there's multiple factors. I'd say, if you think that you can handle maths HL, that's the way for you, but it is one (if not THE) of the hardest IB courses, for a reason. Like one other user said, math HL is one of the hardest courses in IB. Don't take it unless you're either very interested in math or need it.
Maths HL, I think that one speaks for itself. Music HL, probably the most underrated hardest HL offered in the IB. The course itself is extremely demanding and you need to have a significant Musical background in order to excel. I wanted to take the course, but I backed out after I've seen what I'm going to deal with.

Easiest: topic 5/10 evolution - almost every question can be answered in the same way (e.g. variation in population due to meiosis, mutation, sexual reproduction + mention selective pressure) Hardest: Topic 6/11 physiology - a whole lot of memorisation.
